Hotel quite close to airport. The reception remember our last stay was in a noisy room, this time around made sure to put us in a quiet room. Although check in too long as they had to prepare the room, we had a good sleep. Bed is comfortable and hotel is clean with modern amenities. It is a comfortable hotel.

Excellent stay for me and my kids, we enjoyed the variety of breakfast and hotel facilities. The location was superb, connected the bxc mall and the hotel gave us a free voucher for bxsea aquarium. Hotel staff are all very polite and helpful.

An absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. The service was impeccable – staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable, providing a true sense of relaxation. One of the highlights was the direct access to a large shopping mall, which made dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable experience in Bintaro. I will certainly return the next time I’m in town.

Exceptional Stay at DoubleTree Bintaro – Always Feels Like Home I had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree Hotel Bintaro from June 18 to June 20, in the King Room with a Sofa Bed. As always, my experience at this property was nothing short of amazing. The level of comfort, cleanliness, and service remained consistently excellent throughout my stay. Although I did not opt for the breakfast buffet this time, I genuinely missed the hotel’s signature morning spread, which I remember fondly from previous visits. Their breakfast selection has always been a delightful part of the stay, and I look forward to enjoying it again on my next visit. What truly stood out during this visit was, once again, the exceptional service from Bella. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail went above and beyond expectations. It is always reassuring to be welcomed by familiar faces who consistently provide such high-quality service. I’m sincerely grateful to Bella for making my stay as comfortable and pleasant as ever. There is absolutely nothing I could point to as a shortcoming during my time at DoubleTree Bintaro. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a reliable and relaxing stay in the Bintaro area.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta – Bintaro with my family, and overall, we had a good experience in terms of location and dining service. The hotel is conveniently located, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable, with a good variety of food and excellent taste. The restaurant team did a great job. However, there are several service points that need serious improvement, especially considering this is a Hilton brand property. We arrived at the hotel around 16:30, yet surprisingly, our room was not ready. The receptionist told us to wait for an additional one hour, despite us paying full price and arriving well past the standard check-in time. This was especially inconvenient because my son was not feeling well and needed to rest immediately. After we expressed our dissatisfaction, the front desk suddenly “found” a room that was ready. Unfortunately, the room did not match our booking preferences. I had specifically booked and paid extra for a high-floor room, but we were assigned a room on a lower floor. When I asked for clarification, the hotel staff mentioned it was an “upgrade.” However, upon checking, the so-called upgraded room was only 4 m² larger and the price difference was merely 8–10 USD compared to the original booking—hardly a meaningful upgrade and not aligned with what we paid for. Additionally, I had included a dinner package in my reservation, but upon check-in, no one informed us about the dinner details. We had to proactively ask for information, otherwise it would have been overlooked entirely. I understand the hotel was at full capacity due to the holiday season, but frankly, this cannot be an excuse for such disorganized service. This is DoubleTree by Hilton, not a standard budget hotel. Proper preparation for peak seasons is expected from a global hotel chain, and this experience fell short of that standard. In conclusion, while I appreciate the dining experience and the hotel’s convenient location, the check-in process and handling of my booking were disappointing. This stay has made me reconsider whether I would return to this hotel in the future.

I booked king room with sofa bed. The room is comfy and clean. The bathroom is large and shower area is so clean. Location is superb. The hotel is adjacent to Xchange mall 1 and 2. The mall is full with shops and restaurant. Breakfast is excellent and varied. You will find local noodles Laksa, nice selection of pastries, boiled rice, american breakfast. Staff is very attentive and helpful. They speak good Enlish

Great location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices. However, the TV doesn't have Netflix. It doesn't even allow us to install the app, even though it's a smart TV.

設施新，房間乾淨，服務態度好。停車位多。還有就是與一個新的大商場相鄰，不用出賓館大堂，一分鐘不行就到了商場裏，吃飯購物非常方便。以後還會來住。

酒店一棟樓獨立的，五星級，服務非常非常好，酒店新，設施也很好很新，乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，健身房的跑步機非常棒，是我見過跑過的最豪華版，泳池也挺好，價格也OK，就是離市區遠一點點，但酒店外環境很好！有一點不好的是：沒自助洗衣機，送洗衣服收費不低，兩條牛仔褲，洗了60元
