Bien situado y equipado con piscina sauna gimnasio.
El parking es de pago 9€ noche
Buen desayuno variado, y buen servicio reponen continuamente y personal amable.
El primer día la ducha del baño estaba perdiendo agua, avisamos. El segundo día el arreglo de la habitación cama fue deficiente ( no limpiaron y la cama mal hecha) Avisamos en recepción y luego lo hicieron mejor.
En la habitación hay nevera, cafetera nespreso, agua rellenada del grifo.
Lo mejor la cama , muy cómoda y las sábanas.

A localização é ótima, o pequeno-almoço muito bom!
As camas super confortáveis
Tivemos uma óptima estadia neste hotel durante as nossas férias em família de três dias em Ponta Delgada! Desde a receção calorosa até ao conforto das instalações, tudo foi perfeito. Os quartos eram espaçosos, limpos e bem equipados, proporcionando-nos um excelente descanso depois de dias a explorar os Açores.
O pequeno-almoço era variado e delicioso, com opções para todos os gostos. A localização do hotel também foi um grande ponto positivo, permitindo-nos fácil acesso às principais atrações da cidade.
Além disso, a simpatia e disponibilidade da equipa fizeram toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Sem dúvida, um hotel que recomendamos e para onde gostaríamos de voltar!

un buen hotel situado muy cerca del centro, con facilidad para aparcar en los alrededores. La simpatia del personal no es mucha pero son serviciales. El desayuno estaba bien pàra ser un bufet, tampoco era nada espectacular.En la habitacion faltaba mucha luz, estabas en penumbra y en el baño me faltó luz para el maquillaje basico. Tampoco habian colgadores donde colgar alguna bolsa o chaquetas, solo las perchas del armario.

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening.
Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb.
It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying.
Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show.
Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming.
Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.
