Friendly staff at the counter but not familiar with the check in process and collect tourists tax with the payment that has been paid before. If you didn't notice that it was paid during booking then you will get double charged again. I prefer books without a window room more quietly at night. Thanks

The room was really clean but we booked 27m2 with window We got a room no window, so I asked for the booked room: we get with window, clean BUT small! So smal that the airconditioning is to big for the room; you get to much cold wind eight in your face!

I am very satisfied with the room and the services provided, especially the friendly and helpful front desk staff, regardless of their gender. The location is convenient, with supermarkets and places to eat all around the area. Overall, I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan layanan hotel ni...apa yg kita request terus dapat...kebersihan hotel adalah baik walaupun berhabuk sikit...tapi katil yang kami dapat tak best sebab macam dh patah bawah dia...bangun2 terus sakit badan...tapi mostly best la sebab kemudahan semua ada.

Toilet is so dirty Room as well dirty! Bed its dirty, bathroom floor drainage system its block! Ask for room clean service no coming! Aircond its so hot! Room card only give one ask for 2nd room card need us to pay more 50 ringgit deposit!
