海上小屋，裝修舊了點，但是很復古， 很棒的環境，去海邊很方便，餐廳的飲食真的可以👌，隨處可見的保護動物，哈哈

這家酒店整體體驗非常不錯。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，隔音效果也很好，晚上休息得很安心。前台服務態度友善，辦理入住和退房都很高效。地理位置方便，附近有餐廳和商店，出行很便利。早餐種類豐富，味道可口。性價比高，下次還會選擇入住。

蚊子非常多，被褥上有血跡，屋頂有蜘蛛網，傢俱很舊，房間也沒有紙巾，海也不美。食物也不好吃。特別是早餐，感覺就麪包，沒什麼選擇。

訂了貴的海景房，有點殘舊。去的時候兩天都下雨，海的顏色很混濁，晚上儘管門窗關緊了浪聲也很大。人手應該不足所以服務很慢，從大堂送個行李到房間都等了20分鐘。房間連酒杯和開瓶器都沒有，好不容易等好久要服務員送來，服務員居然要在門口等著馬上開完要還，服了。附近很荒涼，食飯什麼的都要grab。

I was having a great time with an amazing view until I got locked out of my room. At first, the receptionist took their own sweet time when helping me to check in. To make things worse, there were stains and blood drops on the bedsheets and pillow. Even though my checkout time was extended to 1 PM, I couldn’t get back into my room around 12:50 PM. I called the front desk, and they said they’d send a housekeeper to unlock the door, but after 10 minutes, no one showed up. I only got back in when a housekeeper happened to walk by. It was super hot outside, and I was sweating like crazy being stuck out there. When I raised the issue with them, all they said was that they’d look into it. Honestly, I’m not sure if they’ll actually follow through with the investigation.

Nice stay in Avillion for my birthday solo 永安. So relaxing. However,the TV was not functioning (my bad that didn't inform the hotel staff) Overall is good

I booked a water chalet. During the afternoon, the room was hot and glaring due to the absence of curtains covering the bathroom window. The single bed and the bed next to the window were too close to each other. At night, during heavy rain, the bathroom was found to be leaking. However, the food provided was very delicious. The staff were very kind and friendly. Thank you.

All good except 1. I requested a king size since I came with my husband. But we got 2 single beds. I asked the counter before checking out, and the reason is that there are a lot of activities this week. However, I believe it's not an acceptable excuse. I already booked the room beforehand. The hotel side should not give the book booking to other clients 2. Veranda outside of the room I think the hotel could ask the cleaner to clean the veranda during room keeping before the guest check-in. It smells like bird poop and not cleaned previously. Overall, they are good. We enjoy the stay in your hotel. The view is breathtaking and definitely will repeat again . Hope you can improve on the above points

A very popular stay for tourists in Pd and for good reason. The rooms are clean and spacious, albeit a little dated. The staff are all pleasant, friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful place for couples, and a family friendly place especially for those with younger children with a petting zoo and children's pool. Didn't get the chance to try their spa on this short 永安 but from previous experience, they are good and have a nice hibiscus tea that they serve inside. However, not very stroller/wheelchair friendly.

This is my 2nd time stay at this resort but this time im booked different type of room. Room was spacious clean and tidy with sea view infront of my balcony. Washroom was spacious but a little bit outdated design. for bathtub i think need to repair because of water coming out a bit dirty. For activities during this stay they got swimming pool for kids and easy access to the beach. For dining and breakfast experience was ok got plenty of varieties. Will coming back for other stay. Recommended
