i can say confidently that this is the worse experience in my entire life the place is a dumpster honestly the receptionist is as arrogant and hostile as it can be the first room i was offered was horrible stains all over the bed (including lipstick marks ) towels used bathroom not cleaned after the previous client and the garbage bin was full when i complained to the receptionist he offered me a room with no window and no other options the bed was still stained and dirty (i did spend the night scratching myself ) the bathroom is impossible to use Tv not functional and i had to switch off the aircon because the noise was so loud this place does not deserve to be on 永安 platform honestly BIG BIG disappointment

The location was very strategic. Very near to port klang KTM station. Can reach by walking distance. Room was nice n air cond quite good. So comfy. Toilet good n clean. Easy to check in n check out. Staff was friendly
