Gostamos muito do hotel. Limpo, moderno, boas instalações, pequeno almoço maravilhoso, área da piscina muito boa também. A localização também é boa, por ser perto dos pontos turísticos, no entanto fica numa rua perigosa onde nos assaltaram o carro.

I cannot recommend this hotel! The staff is extremely rude (I have never encountered such behavior in a customer service situation). We had booked a room that was supposed to have a jacuzzi outside, but it turned out that our reservation did not include it, even though it was written in our reservation. The hotel gave all sorts of made-up reasons for this. In addition, the spa was closed, which was not announced in advance and the reason for this was not truthful. We had chosen the hotel for the spa and jacuzzi, so we were quite disappointed that these were not there. However, we got a room with a jacuzzi, but we should not have spent so much time and energy on this, because this was not the customer's fault. The behavior was also shocking in how things were handled and the employee was nasty throughout our vacation. We missed the apology, but the hotel manager also spoke condescendingly. In addition, the shower floor is extremely slippery, fortunately nothing serious happened. I cannot recommend this hotel, because it is not a very reliable hotel and the customer is not treated properly.

The staff are so nice and accommodating. The facilities are good as well. but the hotel is located up the hill.

Très bon hôtel, mais il fallait demander pour avoir une brosse à dent alors que normalement les hôtels les mettent à disposition sans qu’on leur demande. Faites attention l’hôtel enregistre votre carte bancaire et vous feront encore un prélèvement de 3€ sans votre consentement + la taxe de séjour, alors que dans d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles ils ne font pas cela.

A minha estadia de uma noite no BessaHotel no Porto foi muito agradável. O quarto era elegante, limpo e moderno, proporcionando um ambiente confortável. A experiência na piscina foi positiva, especialmente por estar a chover o dia inteiro, apesar da desorganização causada pela ocupação constante das espreguiçadeiras por outros hóspedes que iam embora sem recolher as toalhas e ocupando-as inutilmente. A localização central, próxima ao Metro de Bulhão, facilitou o acesso a diversos pontos na cidade. Atendimento rápido e sem muitas burocracias. Voltaria!! :)
