Hotline and whatsapp supports are convenient and able to resolve issues promptly. Expected to be a bit loud at night but okie for me, they also provide earplugs if needed

The apartment is in the best and most strategic location. Very convenient, almost next door to Torre Dos Clerigos, Livraria Lello and right in the middle of the town. The only downside which something that can be fixed is the soundproofing. The apartment is right at the nightspot that can get noisy until 5-6am in the morning. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, the hosts are very responsive and attentive to what we possibly need.
