No wash cloths were in this particular room, I went to the front desk to get some,was told they were out, and was giving a stack 4-5 hand towel.Tht side of the hotel is where the people hangout outside the rooms at,needless to say I didn't get any sleep...

Usually, the remote doesn't control BOTH volume ,channel and POWER you would have to get up and cut the TV off.... I must say this was ACTUALLY ONE OF THE BEST STAYS SO FAR!!

I had a reservation check-in was at 3 pm.the guy at the front counter said I had to wait 30mins for the room to be cleaned We ended up waiting outside the room til 3:45 and no one has showed up yet to clean it I went to the office to ask the guy when will it be ready he seemed agitated and said ten more minutes..We ended up leaving coming back at 4:30 which the the room still wasn't completely ready meaning no linen on the beds we went in anyway because it was paid for l.. then 20 mins later the housekeeper came wit the covers l..other than check-in issues it was an ok stay
