房間下午4點左右才會打掃，WiFi特別差！特別差！特別差！基本沒有WiFi.公共環境不錯，酒店的海灘漂亮，景色不錯，酒店硬件設施真的不敢恭維！酒店不提供轉換插頭，不提供拖鞋和牙刷，對大部分人來説真的很不方便！

Disappointing for a reputable resort. It is very dated, needs an upgrade. Our Lagoon view room and a an adjoining door, the neighbours sounded like they were living in our room. Gym was old, torn equipment & malfunctioning. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm, breakfast kept running out of rentals such, milk, coffee, plates, teacups etc (staff were working hard), when wheeling luggage in path, surface is rough and dangerous. Staff were the exception to our experience, they were friendly and would go out of their way to help.

The service was super super bad! I have made the complaint at reception I don’t know it has been submitted to the higher level. When I get to the hotel, no one serve me and I have been waited them 10 mins of looking at they talking. Every staff I couldn’t see a smile while talking to me. After I complained about this, Sam gave us a smile and show some level of professionalism and he was the only one. We changed one room so I know that there are 2 bottle of water in the room, but the second room we stay only have one, I called house keeping and asked for one more they said because you only live one night, you should pay for it, I told them that I only have one originally in the room but they refuse. Food is just so so and very expensive. Overall, Vanuatu has a lot of hotels with very good service and people and amenities, no need to go Warwick, the worst experience I had in the island.

Warick Le Legon Resort and Spa is amazing, I was lucky enough to have a villa over the water.. and it didnt disappoint. The Staf are awesome, and the facilities are very good. This is a fantastic place for everyone to stay, especially families as there is many pools of varying depths to choose from. The buffet breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I have sene anywhere, so much to choose from and everything was hot.. rather than luke warm like many others. Thank you to everyone at Warwick Le Lagon Resort for everything. And thank you for the lovely treat I found on my bed when I came home from dinenr last night. Such a lovely surprise.

這家酒店有很多的娛樂活動，比如高爾夫競技，早間徒步，都是娛樂部的員工帶着玩。有小孩的還有小童俱樂部，員工教孩子做當地餅乾，遊樂設施也一應俱全。早餐非常豐盛。晚上有駐場歌手。絕了～下次還來!

Magnifique emplacement, vue lagon exceptionnelle. Très bon petit déjeuner. Activités supers ( kayak, paddle, catamaran...), possibilité d'aller en kayak sur l'île d' Erakor en face. Ideal pour les familles (kids club). Chambre un peu vieille. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
