In general nice hotel, simple, it is a 3 star hotel so didn’t expect anything crazy. Room was clean, except something beside the toilet that freaked me out. Upgraded to a superior room, which included a nespresso machine, but for some reason we were given 3 decaf coffee pods and one regular pod, after the room was cleaned again and one of the pods was used we only had that one pod replaced, don’t get the point of a coffee machine if you will only give one coffee pod for two people to share.. Location wise is very quiet, beside the lake and the waterpark, lovely in the summer, we were at a festival and it was nice coming back to a more relaxed vibe rather than busy loud city centre. 10-15 mins by car from the centre to the hotel and 20mins from the airport, so it’s really not bad. Food was good at the hotel, a little inconsistent, getting different sauces with the same dishes on different days or same dishes being plated on to different plates the next day, getting salad with a dish one day and then not having any on another day. Refilling water stations available on each floor which is great, hot, cold or sparkling water. Outside area is nice, lots of seating available, a pool, but usually taken up by kids. You can eat outside in the summer, but wasps literally attacked our food and drinks so we had to go inside. There’s so many wasps in Poznan 😅 In general we were happy with our stay, just little things that we have noticed after travelling so much to other places.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast with a variety of fresh and flavorful products. Nice and clean room, really comfortable with fresh drinking water available at dispensers on the corridor. Really enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend this hotel. 👍🏻

Ett underbart hotell med perfekt läge när Termy maltanskie. Även erbjuds 20% rabatt på inträdet till detta aqualand, toppen! Maten är god på hotellet även om frukosten skulle kunna ha fler barnvänliga alternativ förutom Croissanter. Det är väldigt väldigt lugnt och kanske inte jättekul för en barnfamilj som vill stoja, lyssna på musik och ha kul på semestern. Poolen är inte heller uppvärmd, men alltid en dedikerad badvakt och fullt med badleksaker! Jättebra (förutom att den är kall då). Vi är nöjda och fick en magisk frukost med oss till flygplatsen då vi checkade ut 04.00. Detta var en ärlig recension och vissa i receptionen var trevligare än andra. Vissa är inte jätteglada i att prata engelska.

Hotel ogólnie dobry, na uboczu ale w pięknych okolicznościach przyrody. Blisko (około 4 minuty) przystanek tramwajowy. Bardzo miła obsługa. Słabe śniadania, tzn. spory wybór, ale przez dwa dni to samo, jajecznica i grilliwane wwarzywa zupełnie bez smaku, nawet bez soli. Na śniadanie zeszliśmy dość późno, więc wszystko było zimne. Dobre miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi. Niektórzy goście mocno imprezowali ale zainterweniowała ochrona. Polecam :-)
