The location is good, regarding the cleanliness was less than average and the bathroom smell was bad Best thing in the hotel was Mr Ahmed the assistant he was the best

There was no AC in the room ( there is a small fan that turns off every hour so you need to wake up to turn it on again!)😭. Location is perfect in the middle of the center I walked to the old town, Charles bridge and all the attractions are within a walkable distance 😍 Macdonalds is in front of the hotel + different supermarkets & train station. Overall I liked the hotel & staff❤️

We booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and 永安, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

酒店位置超方便，一出門口就是商業大街，去周遭景點都只不過是十數分鐘步行距離。前台小姐服務不錯，有禮貌。房間設備和衞生情況還可以。早餐選擇多，而且品質不錯。

Posizione ottima, esattamente davanti alla metro Mustek comoda anche per l’aeroporto. 10min a piedi dalla piazza dell’orologio e esattamente collocato in una delle piazze principali con i mercatini di pasqua. Staff gentile e disponibile Colazione ottima e con molta scelta Reception aperta 24/7 Super consigliato!!

非常喜歡，交通超便利，位子就在鬧區，離布拉格廣場也不遠，夜生活也蠻豐富的 價位也很不錯！還有附兩張酒吧的welcome drink券

The hotel itself is at a very good location. Breakfast is also quite good. However, the service altitude of the front desk really needs much improvement… its a soviet style

地理位置非常好，去幾個出名景點走路就能到，附近吃的也多，整體不錯，還有前台接待都很熱心！

Тот случай, когда качество превышает цену. Особенно понравилась ванна. Еще хочу отметить высокий уровень сервиса и высококлассный персонал.
