立地、朝食はとても良かったです。朝食はチーズが豊富でパンやハムと一緒に食べると美味しかったです。 バスルームはシャワーカーテンが無く床がびしょ濡れに。 スタッフはフレンドリーな印象です。

The room is okay, not very spacious but enough for 2 person. The bathroom is quite small, it is different from the photo which is bathtub but mine is not. Besides that all is okay.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel instantly at ease. The room was beautifully presented, with every detail carefully thought out. What made our stay truly special was the thoughtful surprise of complimentary birthday drink for my partners birthday – such a generous and personal touch that went above and beyond our expectations. It really made the celebration unforgettable and showed how much the hotel values its guests. From start to finish, the service, comfort, and atmosphere were perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Very well maintained 4* hotel. Pros: Large room, very clean, free coffee and muffins at the reception all day. Cons: Location of the hotel, Žižkov is not the best location for accommodation in Prague.

Very well located near tram station connecting to downtown in 10 minutes and opposite to Albert the local supermarket Breakfast has good choices including bakery and cold cuts— and free coffee and cakes provided in the lobby, and so it’s definitely very worth the price to stay

We loved our stay at the Carlton! The staff were very friendly on check in. Our room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast every day in a lovely calm atmosphere. Free coffee in the lobby was also a nice touch. The staff were very thoughtful and left me a small bottle of prosecco for my birthday! Excellent location, we enjoyed getting the tram into the city centre and convenience I'd the supermarket and local takeaways. As others have said, the room was noisy with trams at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

I expected better considering that bigger hotels offer lower price than Carleton. Nothing really special just a bedroom and bathroom to sleep in. The hotel is boring and breakfast might have been the worst I ever had in a hotel.
