The location is great, right in front of the sea with a very good view and very quiet. There are a few nice eateries in town, which is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and driving there is pretty easy too. Cleanliness-wise, the room is okay, but overall you can't expect too much. The toilet tends to have stuff coming back up after a while from the hole, so I’d suggest flushing before you even open it. There are some small black stains—very small—on the bedsheet. Service: breakfast is nice, cold drinks are self-serve, and staff will serve hot drinks and take orders. The staff are really nice. The cleaning service sign said if we put the towel on the floor it would get replaced, but when we came back, the hand towel we left on the floor was still there, exactly as we left it. Facility-wise, the spa is just a joke—cold water, cold shower only, and the window faces the roadside so everyone passing by can see in. If you're expecting a nice spa break, don’t come here. Also, the heating in the room was extremely warm even with the radiator off, and on such a windy and cold day we had to keep the window open, otherwise we couldn’t sleep at all. Given the price we cannot complain too much, it is what you probably would expect from a Holiday Inn Express, both facility and price wise. However, if it is labelled as four star, to be honest we would expect more.

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. Room was very clean and tidy. Everything you need is there the only thing that was disappointing neither of us brought swimwear we wont do that next time . Lol !!

Beautiful beaches view and remarkable sunset and sunrise 

Friendly welcome on arrival and the staff seemed like family working together, lovely atmosphere. The Soa facility was amazing and best massage ever at great value price. The location next to the beach was brilliant. Would highly recommend staying there

We had perfect stay in this hotel celebrating my husband’s birthday. Our room was super comfortable and had beautiful sea view (218). I think hotel is going through some renovations as bathroom was newly done . We also used swimming pool that was great as well as sauna . I would just say that floor needs some more cleaning in the pool area,  but changing rooms were done up and overall we had fun. In the morning we had lovely continental breakfast. All staff were super friendly and I think that also added to our stay . We would definitely return again .

My daughter and I had a lovely time at the beaches hotel. It is right on the beach and had food and drinks on the terrace .

Came here many years ago when it was The Grand We returned this weekend 27/01/23 for a weekend away & so pleased to see it looking all done up & so welcoming. Staff so friendly, rooms modern & clean. Amazing sea view room & Breakfast was perfect. We will back very soon 👌
