超過預期，環境非常好，很安靜，房間空間也很大，早餐提供多種選擇，適合商務出差居住，地段是很安全的地方。

房間設施中規中矩，不要有過多的期待。房間配的衹有一瓶水，是玻璃瓶裝沒有封口的，這點需要謹慎對待。重點要説的是前台的服務，一共有三個人接待過我（南美效率，懂得都懂），除了早上一位捲髮女生的服務熱情細緻外，另外兩位簡直就是災難級的存在！另一個女的名字應該是Karla（Karina?沒仔細看清），怠慢，不屑一顧，翻白眼全都有了，我2:46pm到店打算辦理入住，被她告知要等幾分鐘才能辦理。可以，我可以等，但是一直過了三點之後都完全沒有動靜，到了3:10pm我再次到前台，另一個男的給我辦理入住手續，他告訴我當時酒店系統通過郵件主動跟我確定好落實好的房間沒有了，要換到另一個房間，我問是否同樣的房型同樣的朝向，對方表示肯定的答案。結果我到了房間後發現完全不是一回事，立馬走到原來我落實好的房間去看了一下，沒有對比沒有傷害，留着酒店自己説説這兩個房間有啥區別吧！我重新又到前台要求換回之前我預訂好的房間，告訴我要等20分鐘，結果，一等又是40分鐘過去了！我直到過了4點鐘才辦好手續，足足浪費了我一個多小時！！！！！！！我真的需要好好的投訴後面這兩個前台服務員！！！！！ The room facilities are mediocre at best; do not set your expectations too high. A major red flag: the room only provided a single bottle of water in an unsealed glass bottle—something future guests need to be very cautious about regarding hygiene. However, the absolute worst part of my stay was the front desk service. I interacted with three different staff members. Setting aside the notorious "South American pace," while the curly-haired lady in the morning was welcoming and attentive, the other two were an absolute disaster. One of them was a female staff member （I believe her name was Karla or Karina）. Her attitude was outright neglectful and dismissive, and she even blatantly rolled her eyes at me. I arrived at 2:46 PM for check-in and she told me it would just be a "few minutes." I was willing to wait, but well past 3:00 PM, absolutely nothing had happened. At 3:10 PM, I approached the front desk again, and this time a male staff member assisted me. He informed me that the specific room the hotel system had proactively confirmed with me via email was suddenly "unavailable" and that I had to be moved. I explicitly asked if the new room was the exact same type and had the same view, to which he gave a definitive "yes." Upon entering the assigned room, I found it was a complete bait-and-switch. I immediately went to check the original room I was supposed to have. The stark contrast was insulting—I'll leave it to the hotel management to explain the glaring discrepancy between the two! I immediately returned to the front desk, demanding to be switched back to the room I had originally confirmed. I was told to wait 20 minutes, but naturally, another 40 minutes dragged by! I finally got into my proper room well after 4:00 PM. Over an hour of my precious travel time was completely wasted due to their incompetence and dishonesty. Consider this a formal and serious complaint against these latter two front-desk employees. Their behavior was utterly unacceptable and ruined the check-in experience.

我們衹是過度住了一晚，應該位置不錯，因為第二天酒店竟然沒房間，都訂滿了，酒店工作人員服務都挺好的，晚上到的晚，喝了個湯，有點鹹。

附近區域安全，有數家優質及異國料理餐廳。公車、地鐵方便。旁邊有多家雜貨店或便利商店。房間50平方米、簡單舒服。記得要帶個人盥洗用品及拖鞋。性價比高。美中不足的是WiFi 會擋住許多網頁（例如line app聊天功能、部分亞洲網站）

還算滿意吧

今年7月入住過一次，房間很大，感覺性價比很高 因此9月繼續入住，很滿意的。周邊交通比較方便，早餐也不錯的。

el hotel muy lindo cuartos comodos pero lo que tengo que criticar es que te dejan la primer noche de cortesia una botellita de agua y 2 capsulas de cafe y tes, estaria bueno que sea todoas las noches
