Perfect location, (downhill from the station. Close to ferry terminal) friendly staff. Clean room, comfy bed/Pillows, quiet room.. Breakfast had something for everyone, attentive staff. Lots of lovely nearby restaurants. A wonderful stay.

剛剛退房，酒店硬件設施、服務、衞生都很好，早餐尤其出色。就在碼頭對面，離公交站台也很近。在永安上訂了一天，又在其他平台上續了一天。永安是交保證金的，入住時沒有刷信用卡，以為保證金抵了房費，誰知退房時讓再刷卡，還是用微信付款方便。

very good location. good breakfasts. impossible to regulate air conditioning. room 20 with very small shower cabin. The heated towel rail does not work at summer

About 15mins downhill walk from desenzano station which was manageable but definitely not to do it when going back which you need to walk uphill this time round. taxi cost around 10euros, not too expensive for a 5mins ride I guess? it is also near the ferry port to other parts of lake grada which is the sold point for us.
