Sono arrivato in hotel molto stanco e avevo già inviato un messaggio nel quale specificavo che per errore avevo prenotato solo per una notte ed avevo bisogno di un’altra notte, quindi ho domandato se ci fosse disponibilità per un’altra notte. La donna della reception mi dice che non era disponibile la standard che avevo prenotato, ma la superior era disponibile ed avrei dovuto pagare la differenza. Tra l’altro la standard che avevano venduto con finestra in realtà la finestra da su di un cavedio senza presa d’aria ed un muro a poco di un metro di distanza, ho precisato che soffro un po’ di claustrofobia e non potevo pernottare in una camera senza finestra. Mi hanno risposto che la camera con finestra è la superior con un costo maggiore, va bene ho detto che la prendevo. Abbiamo guardato il prezzo su 永安 e volevo pagare la differenza sul prezzo pubblicato inserendo anche la colazione, morale mi hanno fatto pagare di più in quanto ho voluto cambiare camera ed eravamo durante il weekend ed i prezzi erano superiori, stanco come ero ho accettato pur di andare in camera a riposare. La sera ad un certo punto vediamo la camera piena d’acqua, chiamo la reception per far presente il disagio e il portiere viene in camera per vedere il problema. Quando bussa alla porta apro e vedo che avevano posto davanti l’ingresso della camera parecchi asciugamani per tamponare la fuoriuscita copiosa d’acqua della camera accanto. Il portiere scusandoci ci fa spostare in una camera al piano superiore … sapevano dell’allargamento ma non ci avevano detto nulla! Il soffitto del bagno sia della prima camera che anche quello della seconda camera pieno di muffa nera😨 Pulizia in genere di basso livello.

It was just mwah. Room is ok, location is a 10 min walk to white town. Restaurant and reception downstairs are sh*t. We needed to stay 1 more night, the wanted to charge us 50% more than the rate at 永安. So I said forget it, and just booked via 永安. Restaurant upstairs (different owners) is amazing food though!

It was a good hotel. A good team . I had a good time there in the hotel

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Aura, true to its name, the aura of the place was really good. Friendly staff, and the service was excellent. The location is very decent, with all the amenities nearby, all the tourist places are less than 5 mins from this place. The hotel people also helped us to hire a scooter, which was much more convenient to roam around compared to a car. The restaurant food was tasty. Our overall stay was excellent, safe and satisfying..

Located at the center of the town, room is spacious and decent looking. Room service is good too. Overall a good place to stay

The Hotel is very nicely located in the middle of white town many attractions and beach is at walking distance. The staff is very supportive and polite.
