Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal war nett. Beim Essen gab es viel Auswahl, leider manchmal wenig vegetarisches. In allem würde ich hier wieder herkommen.

The Wi-Fi in this hotel is unbelievably slow — like a turtle on vacation. Even loading a basic webpage takes forever. Totally unacceptable in 2025. The reception service was equally disappointing. I called from my room asking for a simple spoon, and the receptionist told me to get it from the bar. At first, I thought they meant the minibar — only to realize later that the room doesn’t even have one. There’s just a basic fridge, nothing else. I tried calling reception again, but no one answered. In the end, I had to go all the way down to the lobby and find another staff member just to get a spoon. To make things worse, the hotel wasn’t even busy — yet they still assigned me a room at the very end of the corridor, as far from the elevator as possible. That decision made absolutely no sense and showed a complete lack of consideration for guest convenience. This place is nowhere near 5-star quality. The furniture is basic, the decoration is outdated, and even essentials like a kettle require an extra rental fee. This hotel has no real service, no luxury, and no charm. Avoid unless you’re okay with a 2-star experience at 5-star prices.

Очень понравился отель, может не 5 звёзд, 4+. Чисто, прибирались каждый день. Еда разнообразная, каждый день новая тематика ужина. Бассейн тёплый, джакузи. Проход в центр удобный через 0 этаж. Напитки за ужином платные, но цена адекватная. За неделю потратили всего 70 евро, каждый вечер брали бутылку вина и воду. Крайне рекомендую этот отель. Если хотите высокий этаж с видом, берите улучшенный номер.

An overrated hotel. I would actually expect more as a 5-star hotel (already factored in the comments from other reviews so I have lowered my expectations). Breakfast is good, wide selection of choice, staff are friendly. Hotel facilities are ok, a small outdoor pool and another indoor pool plus gym and other facilities. What I find it disappointing is that the hotel is quite poorly maintained, for example walls in the corridor are a bit damaged. The cleanliness of the hotel room is another red flag: the bathroom sink was not clean. We saw a cockroach in the bathtub before we took a shower in one evening. The wall is also quite thin so you can clearly hear noise from other rooms. Location is not the best either: it’s fine if you stay in the hotel most of the time. But it takes a long time (and costs a lot) if you want to go to the main city Santa Cruz or even just to the South Airport.

Booked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.

La primera impresión fue buena. Tenía 4 noches en diferentes Bookings. La habitación tenía rota el lavamanos. No habían ningún servicio.. no café te nada el teléfono para llamar no funciona. Más de 200 habitaciones 10 plazas de parking... Lo comento piden disculpas y en la próxima reserva lo solucionan. Y efectivamente está todo correcto cuando llegamos. Nos vamos a comer. La puerta cerrada y sorpresa en 2h habían entrado y robado el portátil y el tablet (registrado todo) La sorpresa viene cuando informo a recepción y esperas que baje alguien contigo a ver lo sucedido... Nada. Que informe a la policía. Estoy perplejo... Un hotel de 5 estrellas con ladrones y no tienen cámaras.No hay sorpresa por el robo. No les interesa como han podido entrar... Nada. Y parece de alguien de dentro.... Horrible Nunca más.
