利福熱帶海灘度假村全包式酒店 (Lifestyle Tropical Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive)

Don’t have high expectations, it is a simple hotel and far from all inclusive Mexican hotels , the beach isn’t great, the room was smelly. The food was ok. I do not recommended if you are looking for a nice beach and hang out there since there is no beach service neither a place to hang out there. Plus there was no Internet in the room neither could buy.

The overall experience was great! Friendly and very professional staff; good food and nice pools. The only downside is that the rooms are not that modern and could use a remodel, but besides that, it was great.

My experience at the Lifestyle Tropical Resort Cofresi was overall very good. The parking was odd, as I had to leave my vehicle on the roadside, as there was no parking lot. The reception area was outside as the lobby was under renovation. The reception personnel were polite, but not particularly enthusiastic about helping the customers. I had to wait nearly an hour to get my room key. Still, not a bad check-in. The room was in a quiet area, not far from the buffet. The buffet was nice and offered enough variety to please my appetite. The VIP beach area was what I liked the most. I appreciate having two bars, two sets of bathrooms, and a sushi bar on site. My only issue with the VIP beach is that there were only 4 or 5 chars to sit on. Often the chairs were occupied by other people's beach towels and not available to me. I find that there are too many beds in this area and no chaise lounge chairs. The VIP staff were polite and attentive. I found that some of the bars were closed before their scheduled time. When I asked one bartender about this, he said they had to start cleaning early or they wouldn't go home until 1:00 am. Overall, I had a nice stay. I will plan on returning in the future!

Hotels rooms are a little bit old but very clean. Restaurants were very good.

Tinha reservado no resort Tropical beach porém no dato do check in me colocaram no resort Presidential, muito bom e bonito por sinal, apartamento enorme com banheira e varanda, com vista para muito verde. Os resorts são integrados com transporte gratuito entre eles, podendo utilizar os restaurantes e áreas comuns dos outros resorts integrados. Comida muito boa, ótimas piscinas e bons restaurantes, principalmente dos resorts Cofresi e Tropical Beach. Recomendo. O condomínio dos resorts é muito lindo e bem cuidado. Um sonho de viagem!!

This resort offered a lot of activities, big buffet, and pools.

The truth is that it is a hotel that discriminates according to the bracelet you have, it is as an employee told me; If you have a bracelet because you have reserved an offer, do not expect a blue or white bracelet treatment (it seems that these are partners or owners), I have gone to Bahía Príncipe Samaná for offers and the treatment has been splendid, and without distinction one can enjoy of all the hotel amenities. The hotel needs remodeling, it’s a bit neglected, at first they gave me the wrong room that had a lot of little cockroaches, I asked to be changed and the young woman at the reception told me no, that I had to sleep there with my son, the key to that room didn’t work lately and they told me that my room was another one on their system, but my things were in the room the gave me first, they didn’t even believe that my things were there nor on the first room they gave me by mistake, they didn’t want to let me in to get my things, they sent someone and so after a while they let me in, and I lost all my day, they treated me as a liar in front of my son, and as if I was bothering them by asking for help to get into the room they gave me to get my stuffs, she made disgusting gestures at me, I felt very discriminated against and uncomfortable. To look for a cappuccino you have to walk very away, because again, it was a cheap bracelet, and the buffet food was very common and not as good as I expected, at least the animals were friendly.
