科弗雷西棕櫚海灘水療全包式度假村 (Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive)

During my stay, when I first arrived it was very hectic with so many people trying to check in and check out in a big but felt small lobby. Upon waiting 3 hours for my check-in time without being able to go use the facility amenities while I wait, when it go to my time of check-in, my room was still not prepared. When I finally arrived at the room, my refrigerator was not stocked, there were flies in my room, and the water did not want to heat up. I had to take a cold shower during my stay at this location. The toilets didn’t even flush well. The room, you can say was like a sauna, due to how warm the room was. During the night, the light went out 3 times in the whole building, even while I was taking a shower. The food I can say needs a better menu as it looked like it was recycled food from the day before and maybe from the day before that one. This hotel I can say goes down on my book as a last resort in staying because I’ve stayed in others that are not as highly rated as this one, and this one disappointed me the most. The pool by el pilon, was very dirty and looked like it needed to get drained and cleaned thoroughly. Only good thing I can say was that the customer service at Cofresí was very good. From the security to the waiters, everyone has a smile and did an amazing job. For the rest of the location, I’d suggest a better menu which I did like Dominican night, better room checks before entering the next guest, heated showers, cooler room temperatures, better check in process, better transportation as many workers going around in golf carts they could give a ride to someone unless of course if they’re busy that’s understood but some where parked and talking. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to a few members of the team who assisted me when I had a flat tire and went above and beyond in making sure I was not alone and helped me every step of the way. Thank you gentlemen for that above and beyond experience you gave me.

The hotel resort is going through a noticeable renovation process and that has reduced amenities availability. Otherwise, the service and attractions are great .

My experience was horrible and i will not ever consider another stay at Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort. First off the A/C in my room did not work properly or was not able to reach a temperature that was cool enough to keep me from sweating in the room even at night. the problem was a simple fix (the unit was low in freon) and i know this because i'm a Electrical Contractor with some experience in A/C repairs. I begged for four days straight for the unit to be fixed and at the end of the fourth day I checked out and went to find me a room with A/C. They asked me to sign a paper stating that my reason for leaving was not due to anything that Cofresi Palm was at fault for. They at the end of the fourth day offered to place me in another room with two beds but that is not what i paid for nor did i want to sleep away from my Fiancé. To top it off i had to pay for the full stay and i was told that no money will not be returned to me no matter what the reason was for me to leaving. Fother more i did not like the fact that you have to eat in a outdoor restaurant and the only air moving is like a heater on you. You are not allowed to bring food back to your room and eat. there are many other negative things that i can mention but i'm going to stop there because i'm getting piss off again.
