Receptionist was busy with her phone, did not bother to greet you or anything when you want to check in. I booked 2 rooms. AC not working well in my parents' room and the TV only has 1 channel available to watch. Already informed the staff but no solutions. Ceiling light in my room is different from the other room. It seems like the previous one is out of order and they replaced it with a cheap light bulb that you can find in any common household. Regret that I didn't take the picture. My booking is supposed to included breakfast but the staff came to us while we're eating and informed us that it wasn't. I had to grab my phone, find my booking and show them the proof. They took my phone to the lobby and came back after 5 mins to informs us that everything is okay. I was like what the what? Such unpleasant experience staying at this hotel t.t

Untuk semuanya menurut ku udah baik dan bagus ya, ga semua hotel juga nyediain air putih di lorog tiap hotel. Praktis terus time menginap jadi lebih enak aja. Hanya saja kurang pelayanan di televisi karna masih menggunakan siaran lama jadi ga bisa nntn televisi. Semoga kedepannya para tamu bisa dengan santai menginap sambil menonton siaran televisi
