There's no lift, dirty bedsheet and pillow, ac was not working, no water in toilet staff was not supportive. Room cleaning boy stole our liqure and cold drinks

Nearby bund garden, and tech park one, clean & hygiene (duble room, and good staff is available for 24*7. Staff behaviour is excellent.

I have spent 4 days over there. The comfort zone, cleaning, whole staff, room everything was amazing, best hotel you could found in ragvilas society.
