Everything is a Lie. If we are going through any apps they don't even care and they will try to give you their wrost room so that they can save the other ordinary rooms for people who are coming directly without any apps. They will give you rooms on other building not from the hotel. Lock was hell tight, senior citizens can't lock the doors as there is only one lock (knob which is hell tight). Bathroom door was broken and they fixed it with tape and thermocol. Only 1 light was working, even the drinking water is chargeable not even a single water bottle provided for the 3 days stay. Runout of water in night, no cleaning for the 3 days when I asked sweaper was telling not possible. Overall, Pathetic.
