Location and service wise OK: one slight negative comment the supportive personal is too much sometimes, with sitting manners in the morning, keep pushing things or they need to be avoided by the customer while they are doing their job.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.Delicious breakfast each morning.Felt like a home away from home.Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

To my disappointment, the staff was unaware that I had paid the cost and taxes. They stopped me twice and insisted on paying. I have not seen such ill-informed and under-trained professionals managing the property. I was asked to pay in the wee hours, while I was rushing to catch my flight, which was uneventful and uninvited. I have a strong objection to such behaviour. I asked twice, showed proof of mail, but things were not smooth. Despite showing the proof, if I am made to wait, the behaviour is unacceptable.

Just wrapped up a two-night stay at JW Marriott Pune. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and attentive. However, I did notice some areas that could use a refresh. The coffee shop's furniture, especially the sofas, appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning. Some tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, indicating that the hotel could benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with excellent service. Addressing these maintenance issues would enhance the guest experience and uphold the hotel's reputation for luxury.
