Hotel is pretty but old, tbh a little too pricey for what offers. Location is perfect, close to airport and business area in Pune.
Staff is amazing, polite and friendly.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall service exceeded expectations. The food quality at the in-house restaurant was also good. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. Hygience is a concern for such rating hotel. Aging tooth paste stains are on toilet curtain.

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot to choose from. The room is clean. The reception staff is very nice. The bed is soft.

Got a little problem at check out while my booking was prepaid through 永安 Novotel had not received the payment and wouldn’t let me leave. Asked me to settle the problem with 永安 my side.
메뉴가 인도식이어서 선택할 메뉴가 많이 없어서 아쉬었어요. 운동시설은 공사중이어서 이용을 못했지만 Happy Hour가 있어서 저녁을 대신할수 있어서 좋았다

I booked EXECUTIVE ROOM with Complimentary Lounge Access.
The TERRIBLE Stay I has in this NOVOTEL PUNE VIMAN NAGAR ROAD on CLEANLINESS.
Look at the attached Photo the bed sheet full of small ball and dirty. Very bad feeling how can such 4 star Hotel Cleanliness in this way.
When staff change Bed sheet they can't feel or see? ? ?
I called them to change the bedsheet at 1am+ and the staff just throw the quilt on the floor change the bed sheet then put then quilt back without change the quilt cover.
The feeling staff gave me is normal nothing wrong.
Very Disappointed and Worse Stay I has in this Hotel as I stay at other NOVOTEL no issue at all.
