Room was not kept neat and smelt very foul. Outdated air condition only kept for air filtration. Parking issue for Suv cars and main issue hygeine not kept as per standards. Not worth the price we paid for and will never recommend anyone ever

I kept the bag and asked for late checkin. They made sure my room is ready and luggege ia kept. Good customer servicea and they know how to talk with customers helpful

It was the hotel where kately was not available and there were many restriction. Staff was not cooperative and the hotel is old class. Ambience of the hotel was not the good at it could be.

Hotel is very strategically located in central pune. All conveniences are just 5 mnts away. Food is excellent with quick & reliable service. It's a very old hotel & the room maintenance is far from satisfactory. The taps were leaking in the bathroom, there were water leakage marks on ceiling, ac main switch was broken. Of course, they got most of the drawbacks sorted out but created a negative impression. I have stayed there many times for its convenient location & good food but hotel needs to upgrade it's property maintenance to sustain the competition. Overall, it's a good place for a short stay.

It's not a hotel for me, it's actually a lodge. The bed sheets were dirty and bathroom was not clean. The only clean part of the hotel was their reception area. It's not worth 2400 per night.
