pathetic room service and staff didn't like the rooms and was not the value for money, would suggest not to go there are more good hotels out there.

Best property good experience luxury rooms and value for money services were the best and cooperation of staff was good

Good and readable price due to recent launch , close to Kharadi eon it park and world trade centre.

201 room is very bad condition. Flooring carpet, wash room door lock tv issue

Food not available, restaurant not operational post 10pm. Hotel staff is not responding to the queries.

Not hygienic. Bath room was smelly. Hand wash shop was cheap. Bed was small and sagging. Very limited options of breakfast, quality also not good. Overall very basic property and the price was too high as compared to the facilities and experience of stay.

The room was unclean, the walls were stained, bathroom was in a bad shape. Room was shady giving terrible vibes. For the price i paid, this was one of the worst hotel rooms i have ever lived in.

This is the most pathetic hotel, i have ever stay in. Rude staff, shabby rooms, horrible complimentary breakfast are just some of the words to highlight the unprofessionalism of this hotel. Don't get distracted by the ratings on mmt. 1. Staff - far from professionals. They were asking for half day rent if you checkin couple of hours early though entire hotel was empty. They were rude in most of the conversations. 2. Complimentary breakfast - we have been there for 3 days and menu was below par puri bhaji, banana, tea on almost all 3 days. Attendant didn't want you to eat much and would not ask for live omlette. We asked for a parcel for small kid, which he denied upfront by stating that they don't have foil. We didn't have breakfast the last day due to this. They would remind you on checkout timings but not for the complementary breakfast. 3. Room - we changed the room twice as sink was chocked, ac was not working. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a scam.
