Excellent rooms, great clean housekeeping and extremely good people across the property. I would request hotel to provide cold chilled water instead of the room temperature one and lot softer towels for bath.

Lovely boutique hotel nestled in the heart of pune. Quiet and peaceful despite being in a busy area. Older but well-maintained rooms. Recent renovation to bathrooms. Breakfast spread is tasty and staff are welcoming and professional.

Location is convenient and peaceful. Breakfast was nice and with various options. For lunch & dinner nearby hotels like peshwa/vaishali provide good food.

Hotel is under renovation. In room there is no hot water supply. Breakfast there is only 04 option available. Door locks are broken price variation, i discussed with other members average cost is 4500- make my 永安 taking the advantage of urgent booking. I will not use the app immediately after that.

Totally not worth the money paid. Rooms are like some old bungalow renovated. People walk right outside the window. No privacy. Buffet was wada pav and poha. Seriously? should be half the charges or less. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The ground floor room provided where lot of outside noise was coming inside the room. No resturant. The driver staying place was horrible. No elevator for upper floors. Other wise rooms are neat and clean. The lobby area is very small. Considering all these room rates are very high. Not getting value for money.

Location is the only factor to stay in this hotel. Rest everything is below expectations if you compare the charges with the amenities. No restaurant. Not even proper sitting lounge. Breakfast option is pathetic. Not worth even a single penny to spend here. There are far more better options at this price. Not recommended to anybody.

Hotel ketan is located in good location, this hotel is family friendly, children friendly rooms, with hygiene and safety. Car parking available. Breakfast needs more varieties.
