El servicio del personal deficiente, mala actitud, en lo que respecta al servicio en la habitación, varios días, después de realizar la limpieza no colocaban los insumos como las toallas. El Buffet fue el mismo durante los 5 días de estadía, deberían variar

Cet hôtel est très grand et l’accueil est correct ! Les seuls bémol c’est le manque de choix au niveau du restaurant à volonté ! Et le manque de disponibilité au niveau des restaurants j’ai pas pu faire l’ensemble des restaurants dommage.

Olá!! Minha experiência foi muito boa, quarto excelente, piscinas e estrutura de praia maravilhosa, quartos são próximos a praia, restaurantes temáticos (fui no Italiano, brasileiro e da República Dominicana, os três muito bons). De ponto de melhoria eu colocaria as bebidas, são horríveis, suco industrializado misturado com rum, os bares o pessoal de cara feia, misturam os ingredientes virando tudo, muita má vontade, além das bebidas serem ruins o atendimento é péssimo mas somente nos bares.

I felt like I was in paradise!! I enjoyed my stay so so much. I didn’t even want to leave. The food was amazing (only tried Food market, beach house and the sports bar for food) I didn’t even feel like trying the restaurants because Foodmarket was that good in my opinion. There were free drinks all days and nights, and A LOT of entertainments. I met new friends because of the entertainments. It was right on the beach. The only things I had a little issue with was the beds. I really don’t like to sleep with just a sheet and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room so I was eaten up every morning. And if you need to buy a lotion and a new sunblock you need to pay 90 USD for that and that I feel is a big scam (pricing for everything that’s not included are extremely expensive!!)

He pasado unas vacaciones espectaculares en familia. El hotel es muy lindo, con instalaciones cómodas y bien cuidadas. La comida ha sido una delicia, con una gran variedad de platos que nos han dejado más que satisfechos. Y, por supuesto, las playas de Punta Cana, con su arena blanca y aguas cristalinas, siempre son un acierto. Lo que más valoro es el excelente servicio al cliente. ¡Gracias, Brinnel, por tu atención! También un agradecimiento especial a los maleteros, las chicas de limpieza, los camareros y el equipo de animación. Todos han sido increíblemente amables y siempre con una sonrisa en el rostro, algo que extraño muchísimo al ser una dominicana viviendo en el extranjero. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

We've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25. In general we're leaving with mixed feelings. 1.What's great: - location & beach - reception area - swimming pool area - animals in the resorts 2. What's so-so - weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning - rooms - spacious but a bit outdated 3. What's really bad: - food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life - gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame. - internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow Final verdict: we will not come back - -
