While check in I was informed check out time and breakfast time at front desk. When I was in a deep sleep I received call from front desk saying reminder for check out at 10am. Are you serious? I slept late at night I don’t ask for reminders. Because of that I have a headache and worst morning also during check out front desk was very slow I have to wait more then 20 min just to check out? It was terrible for me and disappointment stay at Lotus

I had an excellent stay at Lotus Eco Resort, Konark. The property is absolutely beautiful and serene—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were exceptional—polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. However, the food was disappointing. Both lunch and dinner lacked quality and taste, and the breakfast spread was quite limited with very few options. For a resort of this standard, the dining experience fell short. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the ambiance and service, but the food needs serious improvement.

The location of the property was perfect but the property needed some improvement. The breakfast was perfect but the price of lunch and dinner are on the higher side. They can start buffett service for the guest which will be a nice addition. The resort can start more water activities as it is adjacent to sea. Overall good experience

The property is awesome with private beach ***** with the location. It is located on the main road itself. The stay was very pleasant. It has all the required facilities. The food (veg) was also good as well. Recommended for others whoever is looking for a stay.

Bedroom & bathroom was very good, & really very well arranged . Staffs behaviour was good & very cordial . Afternoon sea view from the resort was awesome & attractive. Food was so delicious,specially breakfast 🤤 Had a good experience with Lotus Eco Resort 🥰 🕺 Already done👍
