酒店不錯，但是太偏了，周邊2公里內沒有商業設施🤣買東西、吃飯、打車都不方便，Grab至少等10分鐘。

這間酒店整體很好，地點雖然不接近市區，出入需乘搭grab or bus。不過設施和服務十分滿意，游泳池和健身室都很乾淨和整潔，而服務員態度非常好，打電話想要幾樽水都來得很快。 來度假很開心，睡眠質素很好，很安靜，一睡睡到中午。唯一不足之處: 枕頭套有不少黑色點點。

相當差，屋子裡發黴的味道，要求換房間不給換，住了四個小時開始全家咳嗽，孩子直接給薰吐了，連夜打車換酒店，馬來西亞住的最差的一天

酒店很好，離機場也近，酒店臨湖，有騎行道和跑步道，環境非常好！酒店擁有2個泳池和一個小水樂園，唯一問題就是房間不好找，樓太多，需要有人引導。

酒店設施齊全，餐廳的食物種類繁多，尤其早餐很豐盛。小童池可玩度很高。當然酒店佔地面積巨大周邊沒有便利店或者飯店，吃飯要麼在酒店要麼Grab送餐解決。房間偏小，整體感覺還是不錯的

I had a very pleasant stay. My kids they love spending time at the kids club, splash pool! Even me and my husband enjoy the splash pool so much that we were so flat for the day! Hahaha. I saw other parents also having the same fun and joy as us. The breakfast spread was nice, we got Malaysian Cuisine, English Breakfast, Ice Cream!, Waffles guess what, with various types of toppings!!. We can't get away with our Roti Canai sooo we try it and it was soft! Top notch Check In with the Warm Welcoming Cookies and hot and cold refreshments. Kids friendly ❤️ and the beds are so comfortable we dozed off easily 😂.

Hotel ni luas . Stafnya baik Dan ramah tamah. Biliknya kemas,bersih. Masa check in ,diberi biskut coklat chip,sedap jugak. Kat sini ada 3 jenis kolam.tapi yg paling Kanak kanak suka ialah splash pool.di sini ada jugak bilik mainan untuk Kanak kanak.sarapan kat sini memang awesome.makanan banyak sangat, pelbagai menu ,saya tak larat nak makan.dah la banyak sedap pulak tu.rasa macam menyesal pulak stay 1 hari.insyaallah saya akan stay sini jika datang ke putrajaya

I booked this hotel mainly to fulfil my kids' request for a swimming pool with a water slide — and on that front, it did not disappoint! The pool area was a big hit with them but some not well maintained. I didn’t expect the hotel to be this large, with 5 blocks/wings that are interconnected via bridges. We booked a twin guest room (without breakfast), and to our surprise, the bed was actually queen-sized — bigger than we usually get, which was a pleasant bonus. The hotel also features an arcade and game room, open until 10.00 PM. My kids absolutely enjoyed spending time there after the pool. I had requested a late check-out, and while they could only allow until 1.00 PM (likely due to the school holiday peak), they were kind enough to let us linger around the facilities even after we had checked out and validated our TNG card — really appreciated that gesture. Though our stay was short, the kids had a great time, and we’d definitely consider returning.
