這次在布城帝盛酒店的入住體驗，必須用“驚艷”來形容！酒店位置真的絕了，去粉紅清真寺和主要景點都超方便，對遊客太友好了。 我們房間的窗外景色美到詞窮，尤其是傍晚時分，湖景超治癒。酒店的早餐必須重點表揚，選擇多到讓人犯選擇困難症，味道也超正宗，每天都是吃到撐才出門。頂樓的泳池區域是寶藏打卡點，視野開闊，遊游泳、拍拍照，疲勞感瞬間清零。 房間內部寬敞又乾淨，床品睡起來特別舒服，整體體驗感直接拉滿。雖然個別前台員工有點高冷，但大部分工作人員都蠻熱情周到的。下次來布城，絕對還會鎖定這裏！

我是上個月29號晚上住的酒店，這衞生是太差了，上個客人睡過的床單都不換的，後來我要求要換床單，後來他們給我換的床單，你們自己看下面的圖片吧？我一個晚上沒睡覺。從來沒有往過這麼差盡的灑店。還要買5百多人民人民幣一個晚上

I booked and paid for a king bed, but upon check-in the hotel changed it to a twin-sharing room, claiming that the rooms were full. This is unacceptable. Guests who book in advance should be prioritized, not treated on a first-come, first-served basis. The “solution” offered was for me to move the single beds together by myself, but once I entered the room, the beds were fixed and could not be moved. This was extremely frustrating. Secondly, the amenities were very disappointing. Only one small bottle of mineral water was provided, the pillows were deflated, the TV was slanted, and there was visible dust, dirt, and even a roach-like smell coming from the wardrobe and refrigerator cabinet. The white cup provided was crusty and had tea stains at the bottom. It was clear the room was not properly prepared, despite my late-night arrival. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a much better place in KL. Seeing and hearing the Dorsett name suggested prestige, but unfortunately, this turned out to be my worst hotel stay ever.

I had a wonderful stay at Dorsett Putrajaya. The location is excellent, right by the lake and close to Masjid Besi, with food trucks and convenience stores just around the corner. The rooftop infinity pool is another gem, offering a relaxing space with a beautiful view of Putrajaya.

It was a decent stay. Room cleanliness is average. Can see stain on the carpet, towel and bedsheet but nothing too major. Coway water filter is prepared outside room, can use anytime. Parking is free but the entrance to parking is a bit scary. Location is amazing, near Masjid Besi. Breakfast is amazing! The selections are pretty great, the taste as well! Can repeat for a leisure stay but wish they can improve on cleanliness.

The room was quite big for 2 people. They have a nice sofa as well. The lake view was nice at night. Near the food truck, opposite the hotel and just less than 5 minutes walking. The breakfast also was nice.

I recently stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya and honestly, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. There were individuals wandering around the hotel area who appeared to be intoxicated or unstable. It was disturbing and made me feel uneasy, especially if you’re traveling with family or as a woman. For a hotel in such a prime location with a reputable name, I truly hope the management will take immediate action to tighten security – more visible security patrols, active CCTV monitoring, and swift response to any suspicious behavior. I appreciate the facilities and ambiance of the hotel, but safety should always be a top priority. Please take this matter seriously.

雖然位於政府機構區，但是附近有很多景點、美食，夜晚行2分鐘就到夜市，酒店樓下有大形Mr D.I.Y連鎖店、7仔及超市，超方便！
