Prawie wzorcowy hotel 5*. Prawie bo śniadania psuja obraz przez złą organizację. Straszny tłok i hałas, zbyt mała ilość personelu, resztki jedzenia na podłodze, brak wolnych stolików, szalejące dzieci bez opieki rodziców. Natomiast pokoje, personel, cały hotel bliski doskonałości. Pokoje bardzo przestronne i świetnie wyposażone. Czysto. Doskonały personel, profesjonalny. Caly czas czuliśmy opiekę i troskę personelu, na kazdym poziomie. Darmowy garaż. Cisza, spokój. Ładne widoki. Bardzo polecam, szczególnie, że jak na taki bardzo mocno 5* hotel, cena nie jest wygórowana.

Many thanks to: Ali Akbar -Front office supervisor Edgar -Bell man And other staff who I didn’t get the chance to memorize their names, For your help and professional service for my stay at Pik Palace, as this was part of my Honeymoon stay at Shahdag - Azerbaijan, Will recommend this amazing Hotel and their services to my family and close friends Many thanks to all the Staff that helped make my stay more comfortable and the hotel management for their amazing work results and communication with the staff, I’ve also reviewed a couple of the amazing Restaurants close to Pik Palace as everything was perfect I Will keep recommending and visiting this hotel in the future to enjoy my stay at Azerbaijan, I highly recommend it to everyone who is reading this review Thank you Marafi

A wonderful hotel with kind staff and spacious, very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the three pools on the property as well as both types of saunas. The breakfast was generous with various options, including freshly squeezed juices. The hotel allowed late checkout and offer a free valet service. The ski shop is within the hotel building as well for easy access.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever visited in Azerbaijan. It’s a modern scam hotel. The food is terrible and ridiculously expensive compared to other five-star hotels. I arrived on time but couldn’t check in because the room wasn’t ready—I waited more than an hour to finally get into my room. If you choose this hotel, bring your own food. Not only is the food overpriced, but it’s also neither fresh nor tasty. Additionally, the room wasn’t warm enough because the heating system is inadequate. If you want to dine at good nearby restaurants, you’ll have to drive for 40 minutes, which is insane. Last day wanted to try burger rather than barbecue, and it was terrible taste as well.
