玫瑰隱形酒店 (Rose - Hotel Invisible)

This is a remote check in therefore you need to be able to receive text messages in order to get the entry code and room number. We fell foul of this as we expected email information! There is a coffee machine in the room but a kettle would be preferable. Our TV was not working and despite reporting this on our first day and subsequent days, it was not fixed during our 6 day stay. We felt this was poor service. Despite all this, the room was warm, spotless and well situated.

Very nice hotel. Everything in the room was amazing. I would say the owner understands what women wants in terms of facilities, design and amenities. . Their beds are very comfy and well supported sleeping postures for my family.

Very unique looking decor. Everything looked new and was very clean. Super amenities. I prefer hotels to Air BnB and this had the extras like a stove, fridge, cooking pots and pans, dishes, utensils, kettle, and a N'Espresso machine. There is even a Metro grocery store around the corner and restaurants outside The downsides are that it appears to be in an "interesting" part of town (I would not be comfortable walking alone as a woman), and stairs, no elevator. It was a challenge to bring up the luggage even to the second level. Otherwise a great place in Quebec City and within walking distance to the train station, which is why I chose it.

L’hôte sans personnel physique est un peu déroutant au départ. Mais tout se passe bien si on a internet. Si le téléphone est inaccessible, alors on est très mal. La chambre est impeccable: distribution des espaces, décoration, propreté, équipements. Seule amélioration possible: la lumière au-dessus du lavabo est bcp trop faible. Économie sur l’électricité, je comprends, mais pas pour se maquiller ou se raser par exemple.
