We stayed here three nights in November. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view was also beautiful. before booking we saw quite many low review comments, but the moment we entered the room, we felt lucky that we booked here, we had very pleasant stay. the staff (i think he is the owner), i met him at counter two times, he is very friendly person.

All good. Mayb we do not familiar with the dryer. So after washing the clothes still wet.🤣 Other challenges would be driving at a quite steep access road to parking and move our luggage. For families with elderly, it is recommended to request owner to provide one floor instead with stairs room stay as will make elderly have leg issue some difficulties.

整個新西蘭行程最差的酒店，唯一差評的酒店！印度人開的，簡直了！沒有前台就算了！房間裏空調也沒有，衹有古老的暖氣片，是那種兩小時自動關的！為了小孩房間保暖我得兩小時起來開一次暖氣片！而且房間傢俱非常老舊！一股黴味！小孩都覺得裏面有點陰森恐怖！根本沒發住人！呆了1個小時簡直讓人發毛！馬上收拾行李當晚就換了一家酒店！而且前台態度惡劣！無法溝通！真不知道為什麼會有人好評！簡直太差了！

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, which is always a big plus. It’s in a great location – easy to get to nearby sights and attractions without much hassle. Having parking available made things even more convenient, especially since we were driving around a lot. One of the best parts was the view from the room – absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Overall, it was a super comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Great spot for a relaxed and easy 永安.

The mountain view is on point, yet we are disappointed with the lack of hot water supply, which forced us to take cold showers in freezing winter night, and there has been no compensation afterwards.

酒店似乎像是印度人經營的，但整體很整潔，衞生條件也不錯。位置絕佳，房子就在湖邊，在客廳和我主卧可以直接欣賞美麗湖景。缺點是設備老舊，廚房枱麪都很久，烤箱像是1980年代的，客廳還放着一台老舊的錄音機和DVD機，可見它的老舊程度😂

酒店風景絕了，關鍵是燒菜的醬料還很齊全。好像是印度人開的酒店，很安全，1號巴士走五分鐘能到。很方便～
