飯店的人員很親切 然後飯店內是沒有提供衞生紙的 插頭的部分很容易沒有充進去 有點困擾 然後叫garb還蠻方便的 備注房間號可以放在一樓的外送櫃子 還蠻推的便宜又近

Have stayed at Red Planet Cubao before and it is an excellent budget choice if you have business in Cubao. Convenient to walk to amenities, it’s neat and clean. Staff are very courteous and nice. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the little touches that made the experience feel special. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Very clean and well-maintained room; the washroom has a bidet and a hot-and-cold shower, plus dispensers for soap. Excellent location if you're intending to commute via LRT and MRT. Walkable distance to Gateway Mall, Cubao Expo, Farmers Market, Ali Mall, SM Araneta, etc, as well as banks, pharmacies, convenience stores, etc. Minor downsides (in my opinion) are that there is no free hygiene kit and hotel slippers included and you need to use the telephone by the elevator to contact the concierge.

A budget hotel near Araneta Colleseum just a 10 min walk. Perfect if you attend a concert/event happening at that venue. The amenities were only soap and shampoo, but it’s still ok if we compared it with the price. It’s good location

I recently stayed at your hotel and was very disappointed with the experience, which did not match the high rating of 9.0 on your platform. - The room had a window, but it faced a wall and could not be opened. - There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room. - No toothbrush or basic toiletries were provided. - Slippers were not free and had to be purchased. - The bed sheets and towels were old, stained, and looked unwashed. - There was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk. These issues were not clearly stated on the booking page and do not meet the expectations of a hotel with such a high rating. I feel misled by the listing. i book 7 days, just stay 1 day left the bad hotel, but 永安 and hotels no refund any money, hotel refuse to refund. Don’t book this hotel very bad
