The room and amenities are good. However, the service. Especially, the front desk on duty are terrible! Surrendered the keycard for check out and they mentioned that they will check if its cleared. But then i noticed the other guest that are for checking out are done and cleared. But us still waiting. And after 15mins someone from front desk went to us asking what is the room number so they can double check. For real????? 3 persons on the front desk and still they are noot doing they job!

Location is easily accessible to restaurants, supermarket & laundry service. Service is prompt & friendly. Haven't got time to use the hotel facilities. Cleanliness is ok except sometimes will forget to top up water, towels or toiletries. Was pretty upset during Thurs night stay 25 September 2025 where hotel is fully booked by a group of students age 18-20s. Not hotel's fault but these students - press lift buttons of all floors causing inconvenience to hotel guests - at night 11.30pm ring a few room bells 🔔 & ran away Had complain to front desk, she helped to call upon the group leaders to apologize.

The staff are nice and polite .. Room is well lit up and clean.. A suggestion if I may: Since its a newly opened hotel, I would suggest to install a Grab bar in the shower room as there is a bath tub so it could be more senior friiendly and safe at all times…

Comfy bed✅ Smart TV✅ Clean Toilet and bath ✅ Pool✅-not too big for peak season but good enough for a few guests Gym✅- everything you need to a short workout is there Free parking tho guards are not too attentive all the time esp. there is only one path in and out of the building. Super sulit for its price!

the hotel is newly built and looks clean. there are, however, several things that can be improved. 1. staff were not that helpful. we had luggages but no one offered to help us get to our room or to load them unto the car after checkout. they were not even paying attention bec one staff (wearing navy blue) was just browsing his phone at the guard station. 2. the bathroom smells like sewer. i dont know if there’s something wrong with the pipe but after turning on the shower, it smelled funky. nevertheless, we had a restful stay. food is decent considering the affordable rate. the place was also quiet, which was a plus for us. and the bathroom lighting was really beautiful. i so loved it.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We do appreciate the welcome treat and their effort to add a romantic ambiance in the room. The staff are also approachable and amiable. The location is also very good since it is near the action, where a number of restaurants are accessible. We also did enjoy the bathtub in the room. Overall, we give a double thumbsup for the hotel, a great value for the money.

The place is still new so expect a bit of construction noise and dust. Not soundproofed yet. No local tv channels. Breakfast is okay. We were able to rest well.
