如家公寓酒店-Cubao (Home me Suites at Aurora Escalades Cubao)

Pros 1. Cubao location is my preferred choice. I always felt it is at the heart of Manila and convenient to travel vis a vis. 2. A bit smaller but clean room. 3. Quiet place, less noise. 4. Small supermarket and a cafe shop at the ground floor. 5. Wifi is great. Cons/ areas for improvement 1. Not the typical studio type that I expected. Smaller than the photo. 2. Placed at the 6th floor where all their facilities are located hence the noise in the morning will increase. 3. My room is surrounded by a jogging route hence you can hear old aunties talking and kids screaming. 4. At 10am you hear a drilling sound. Never was I warned about the noise about the maintenance improvement prior to my check.in. 5. The majority of the items are all in Mandarin language, thus, using the electronic items like induction cooker, kettle and washing machine may be a challenge for a first time Traveller. No signage anywhere of the instruction. No advance notification, maybe they are expecting the guests to be constantly asking them about it rather than putting a sign the same as our Airbnb. A small instruction paper pasted would do. 6. Induction cooker cannot be used. It constantly showing error when in.use (error ES). 7. They have "1 pan fits all" that may not be compatible with the induction cooker. 8. Have knife to cut meat etc but no chopping board. 9. No Dishwashing liquid/paste. 10. Fridge that does not seem to cool much and a Freezer that can only chill your item. 11. Netflix is not working, it's not signed-in and also it hangs when you open Netflix. You can only enjoy watching YouTube. 12. Clogged sink. Water will not drain fast. 13. Clogged shower. Water doesn't drain fast so you'll be having stagnant water on the floor at the shower area for a few minutes. 14. The location is not that convenient, 20 minutes away from the nearest train station in Cubao. 15. If you are using Grab, your driver may get confused because the lobby is behind the building, hence, you always need to go around at the driveway to get your grab. Overall this is only good for a backpacker who will only stay for a night. As an experienced Airbnb cx. I would not recommend.

They haven’t told us that pool are closed upon booking. On my booking they said free pool access. I’m just a bit disappointed. But still caretaker are very hands on with us. It’s just like a lot of things are missing

Had a comfortable stay! The unit is walking distance from TIP QC, which made it very convenient for our schedule. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable—perfect for our class online tasks. The pool looked so inviting, though we didn’t get the chance to swim. The lobby smells amazing, almost like entering a spa. Special thanks to Ms. Nana—very accommodating and truly the perfect host. Thank you po! 🙏✨

Such a nice stay. You can cook, you can do your laundry, they have free toy, electric kettle. Just be reminded that visitors are not allowed if you are not a unit owner

經常出差住酒店，第一次住公寓酒店有免費小吃和伴手禮，第1和第2張圖是廣告圖和實際圖，實際得到的免費食品雖然和廣告圖比少了一點，但是免費的東西就不能要求太高了，哈哈！不過樂高積木拿小孩挺喜歡...... 言歸正傳，酒店新裝修，房間設施新，床品舒服，簡潔乾淨，游泳池是小孩的最愛。酒店位置優越，交通便利，距離地鐵站500米，步行幾分鐘就到了Cubao 的商業中心，有許多購物中心和餐廳。 現場經理Nana態度親切感非常好，服務也非常到位，也很熱情，主動幫我把行李拿到房間，語言障礙無法交流，我衹能一直説，Thank you!Thank you!Thank you! 下次還會選擇這裏。

적당히 쉬다갈수있을만큼의 시설은됩니다~ 직원들도친절하교 이것저것 물어보는거에 답도잘해줍니다~ 다음번에 같은 지역에 간다면 재방문할겁니다.

Staff was responsive and easy to talk with. Clean and looks new. Fast internet connection with free snacks and lego toys. Complete kitchen and tablewares. There are Robinson Easymart and Milktea shop at the ground. Perfect for staycation and concert goers. I will recommend this.😁
