The hotel is old. It needs to be renovated. It didn't look clean or maybe they didn't just clean it well. The rod where you can hang the towels in the bathroom is broken. They don't provide even a welcome bottled water. And only 2 small pieces of bath soap. No toilet paper available. All the toiletries you have to buy from them. Also, when you request to use the iron, you need to rent it.

An excellent value for money, especially for travelers who prioritize great service and a central location over modern amenities. While the hotel is not a new, luxurious establishment, its cleanliness, hassle-free valet parking, and most importantly, its genuinely kind and helpful staff, make it a memorable and recommended stay for many. It's a hotel with character, and its people are what truly make the difference.

I am very satisfied in staying at stone house hotel, the people there was so kindly and helpful, especially I was touched by the kindly arrangement of the hotel car that send me to airport，which was arranged by Ms. Camela, without this arrangement, I thought I will not be able to grab a car because of the Traffic Jam in Manila, thanks again for the great help.

Aside from the friendly and accommodating staff, there is nothing to recommend this old, rundown hotel. The plumbing is sub-standard and is in need of a major overhaul. Room maintenance in general also appears patchy. Initially, we were given a De Luxe room whose toilet's shower knob promptly came off in our first few minutes of stay, nearly flooding the entire toilet floor. A big caveat to prospective customers, should your resolve to stay in this hotel remain unshaken: do not accept a room facing E. Rodriguez Avenue, as you won't get a wink of sleep due to the incessant roar of jeepneys and wailing of ambulances servicing nearby St. Luke's Hospital. We were transferred to one such room after the shower knob fiasco I mentioned above, and my wife and I hardly slept that night. The worst thing was, I had a business meeting the following morning so I was not in the best shape. All in all, a terrible experience for me and my wife.

그럭저럭 하루 보내고 시스템이 이유없이 다음날 예약을 취소했어요. All or nothing이 TR의 특성인데 말그대로 안타깝네요. 아는분만 알겁니디. 남의 기회비용을 이유없이 뺏어가버린 TR을 어떻게 분류해야 할까요? 시스템에 실망입니다

Good value for money. 👍 The hotel is a bit dated, so manage your expectations. Despite this however, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have free water refills via dispenser at the hallways. They also have a restaurant at the rooftop, who offers room service.

We booked a deluxe double room, the room is clean and cozy. Wifi is reliable. Staffs are accommodating and friendly. I love the laing that we ordered. The free breakfast is good too! Free parking is a plus too! We definitely come back.

建物はとても古いがメンテナンスが行き屆いているためこの値段にしてはとても綺麗で問題はなかった。しゃわーもお湯がでる。BARなどが周りに多いせいか遅い時間まで騒がしい。アメニティは石鹸とトイレットペーパーのみ。 しかし値段を考えたら全體的に満足度が高い。夜に遊びたい人向けのホテルかもしれない。
