We enjoyed the pool more than anything there! The location was quiet. Less people. Big rooms and bigger beds. My kids enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is good with free parking, but the Wi-Fi is so slow and unusable, and there's no TV channels at all so no entertainment at all in room.

Privato never disappoints. Been to Ortigas multiple times and now in QC. Location is safe and peaceful.

Claimed to be a 4* hotel, the room wasn't clean. Floor was black as soot. No hand towels, one bath gel. Had a phone call at 10.45am to tell you to checkout at noon. Decided to transfer to citadines instead of extending. Never again!

Upon our arrival very accommodating all of staff starting on there security. We feel they’re knowing each other already even we just a first time only in this place. Look like really private place or hiding place as well so far we are satisfied in this hotel. We are looking forward to stay one more days but it’s fully booked already does it’s mean there always a lot guest there like this hotel. More power thank you!

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was definitely value for your money. Located at a prime location in Quezon City as well, it has many cafes and restaurants within the vicinity (walking distance). The staff were accommodating. The room was clean and spacious although a little bit dark to my liking (just my personal preference though 😅). They also offer free (and unlimited) water refills (cold & hot) at the room hallway. Over-all, I loved my stay and I would definitely book here again 😉

worst hotel ever， no bottle water, never not change towels. Breakfast is not buffet. You should fire the security guy. We got blackmailed in your hotel. And I ask your security to come up and help us. And he secretly took the money they give him and do not help us your clients and let them blackmail us. Such terrible security. You do not pay him enough money to do his job ? That he has to take money from such urgently way??? Ridiculous security guy!

I recently stayed at Privato Hotel, a well-equipped business hotel, and had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was professional and attentive. My room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a productive stay, including a comfortable work desk and reliable Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location was convenient for meetings, and the business center was well-maintained. Breakfast had a good selection, though it could have had more variety.
