The hotel was locked at night the main gate. And i was shouting and knocking the door. No one picked up the call too. Had to climb the wall and shout and luckily found someone. Found mosquito in butter. Network is also not there. Pool was dirty. No call reaches to the reception number given

Location, food, and rooms are good. Staff are very helpful and cooperative. But maintenance was bad and the pool was unclean. The indoor games were so dusty. The kids play area was muddy. They need to maintain it well after that everything is good

Completely disappointed. Very poor amenities. Staff was unaware of the guest requirements. Dirty living areas. No power from the time of checking in at the property. Poor food quality. I've paid fully for 3 night's stay at the property. However due to no electrical power, we were forced to check out after 1 day. overall feeling - frustrated.

Stay was delightful. The staff was cooperative. It was a little hard to find the location of the hotel but the person at the reception helped to locate the hotel even at late night. The place is also nice and i would like to visit again.
