Location is crowded as expected in Mumbai. But near to Panvel railway station, Bus stand & Banks. Food is very good & services are excellent.

Room cleanliness was horrible, toilets were pathetic and staff behaviour was also not proper. Wont recommend this to anyone.

Staff behaviour is disgusting, other room ac facility is poor high expensive room rent in one day, he is not accepted delay check out request so this is wrong

Hotel location is great as all places nearby. All eateries nearby besides hotel's own food. All types of transports readily available.

I had 9 day stay in this hotel and my experience was very pleasant. Hotel manager was very nice in listening to my requirements. Very good place to stay in new panvel.

Last time i gave review. But not even a message came from mmt. Rooms were ok. Bathroom and toilet very bad. No water at times. Food is horrible, too costly. Distance from railway around 2km. Rooms underneath bed and mattress very bad

the hotel room was not as expected and not as shown in the pictures, the tv wasn’t working, they gave didn’t even gave wifi n said their own reasons for wifi, water wasn’t coming in bathroom for almost half an hour when i arrived at room, the staff also was not helpful, i am not happy with stay n staff n anything. i felt i said soo much for nothing.

Rooms were having smoking smell, no water in washroom later after n hour water came lights were going no back up. Trice light were 永安ped. No complimentary water was provided. Cleaning was not done as only bed was prepared and given. Ballons were there in the room itself.
