it was a pathetic experience. The property is not as been glorified as the photos. This is an old property just barely renovated managed by an uncle . The property does not have a lift. We got a room on the 3rd floor without the lift. The rooms are so small that you can hardly even move inside. there was no drinking water provided till evening. no toiletries, nor even towels or glasses or cup in the room. there was a power cut and we were without power for more than an hour. as the Bf was included on enquiring we were given n option to choose from idli , meduwada or masala dosa any one . we just asked for Masala dosa. the next morning the breakfast which we requested to be served earlier as we had to leave but they mentioned they can't before 9.30 am . finally we received it at 9.15 after a lot of follow up. the waiter comes in and gives us a plastic bag stating this is breakfast. there were no plates no spoons it was as if I was beggar on the street . I refused to have it . and they were not ready to serve tea also in the breakfast. MMK has been asking for proof of all of this. this is just a shame on your part to list a property without verifying and still no resolution on our concerns . worst ever listing . don't even attempt to go there this was not even worth a 1000

It was a good stay. First day there was load shedding multiple times. Property was clean and didn't have any issues with food delivery. They didn't have proper inhouse dining as they couldn't even serve tea when requested.

Terrible stay😡 Power cut 2/3 times in night,no intercom working,no toiletery in bathroom,no bath towels in rooms and cigarette box and match box laying at bathroom,no breakfast provided in hotel. not recommended to anyone..

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city...

I enjoyed with my partner I don’t order food but service and cleaning is good I don’t find any inconvenience in property

one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
