Located next to Imagicca and has all the facilities. Pool,lawn,gym,food and travel assistance. I forgot one paper in my room. They couriered later. Thanks a lot. Highly recommend for visiting Imagica.

Absolutely Pathetic Experience – Fake 5-Star Claim This has been one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced, and it is shocking that this property claims to be a 5-star hotel. The room condition was terrible — stains all over the room, bathroom was dirty, and the bathroom door was broken. The balcony was locked and not accessible, something that was never disclosed at the time of booking. Basic maintenance is clearly ignored. The electric plug near the kettle was not working, making the kettle useless. On top of that, my name was wrongly mentioned as some other person’s name, which is unacceptable and shows complete negligence in guest handling. Every time we raised a complaint, the staff’s only response was a casual “Sorry”, with no solution, no accountability, and no corrective action. An apology without action is meaningless. We booked this hotel after seeing positive Google reviews, but based on our experience, those reviews feel completely misleading or fake. This property does not come anywhere close to 5-star standards — neither in cleanliness, service, nor professionalism. Extremely disappointed. This is not how a genuine 5-star hotel operates. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

I recently stayed at Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli, and it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—plentiful, fresh, and offering a wide variety of choices for all dietary needs. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-maintained gym and a relaxing spa area. Its location was ideal, within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation. The only minor downside was some noise from the street at night, but it didn’t significantly affect my sleep. Overall, I’d highly recommend Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!
