Bad smell from toilet block, Mosquito in room, TV channels not recharged, Hotel need to renovate, Looking unhygienic from corridor to room bathroom.

worst experience ever.. One of the worst places I have ever stayed at.. there were cockroaches everywhere.. the lift stinks of cockroach. there are cockroaches in the bathroom.. and on the bed.. atleat 25 to 30.. I had to get a cockroach spray and a room freshener myself to clear the mess and stay there for two days.. there are limited places to stay near the MGM medical college, hence I and one more of our college from bhopal also had booked this place.. same experience for them.. I request to delete this place

No hygiene. The room is not clean. The toilet and bathroom tab water are not coming for quite a long time informed reception. No action taken immediately. Due that our morning work got distrub.

Rooms, hygiene was not up to the mark, stains all over the rooms walls, including the window curtains, considering the price paid or 3 star property it's not worth staying there.

Nothing was ok at the hotel, room was not cleaned. While we can at night lot of water was flowing in the room and we came to know that water from ac is coming in most of the hotel. Toilet was in very bad worst shap. The sheet at wc was broken and even pinching in skin. Even there was foul small in room n hotel including walk way / lift. Have shared all this with hotel manager. Your feedback system is not worth and workable. You ask certain questions as mandatory but can't apply in all cases and so how can be replied. You must improve upon. If you need some support what to improve and how let some sr person like vp, director, md talks to me.
