Room are nise, spacious but service very poor, room dining takes more then 1 hr, room cleaning not done even after call,no responsible person in customer relation and in room service number ..in efficeint staff..last tim before 1 year everything was good, but dont know whts the matter know.very noisy room bcz of there lawns party ..

Worst Hotel Experience. Rooms are terrible,lose floor,bath room door were not working, coffee maker also not working,terrible and expensive food. with that amount not all satisfied. avoid this hotel

Awesome for couples and families... Location is very near to Ram mandir and Megneto mall. Hotel staff is very courteous.

This property is close to the airport as well as on the highway connecting the city, so location wise is perfect. Food quality was excellent with the right pricing. The entire hotel is well designed with a huge space all around including the room itself equipped with all required amenities. Staff behaviour was very good and prompt. Overall it was a 2 day 5 star experience.

I have never seen a more confused front desk than what i saw at this hotel. They had absolutely no clue about what was going on. Suddenly i was asked to pay for the dinner i ordered, however i paid the amount for lunch during checkout. Services were delayed. Asked for tea packets in the room, came after 3 hours.
