Staying since long time but this time realize that this not the same hotel service, which used to be. Very poor service, to clean the room contacted more than 4-5 times, despite that not done

Rooms was very poorly maintained. No proper ventilation, bathroom fittings was very poor and broken, not provided wi-fi information, breakfast was not good. Only staff was very polite and helpful.
