七山潘班島度假村 (Seven Hills Pamban Island Resort)

In room lizard were roaming. No one comes for cleaning I stayed 3 days there. Room cleaning is a separate part also there was no one to clean outside of the room. Items not Available which was mentioned in the menu. Also I reached there at 1:00 and despite half of the property was vacant they charge me 1000rs extra for 1 hour checking before the time. I booked sea view room and the experience was hilarious you just able to see the little part of sea that’s it. Don’t get into this trap I advised you all to book some another property.

it's was good. food was good service was lill slow. but the location was superb. all the tourist location are near by

Excellent stay , one of the renowned property in Rameshwaram . Without having a second thought you can book this place you can’t regret . Overall we had a very good experience ( near to agneethertham ) Thanks

Property is awesome, but service is pathetic. AC in room not working, breakfast timings given is not in line, room service team never picks phone, receptionist keep customers waiting as all the internal and external lands at his desk, wrong food billing of other room added during settlement. Due to AC not working in room, they shifted to other incomplete interiors room. Staff not accepting their mistakes, but trying to give reasons. very bad experience. Food and facilities like service, house keeping and AC is pathetic

Hotel facility is great including location, however the services are pathetic and restaurant staff is very rude. This hotel doesn't have proper restuarant services

The experience of stay at Seven Hills was really bad due to several disappointing factor- no staff to assist for issues, bathroom fittings were broken, no cleanliness outside the room, even tissue rolls were missing from bath. The wifi password was not provided even after requests. Even after several complaints, there was no compensation and only regrets were given by front staff. Not recommended.

We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Key issues included: - Non-functional ACs in rooms 902 and 903 - No hot water for 2 days, despite numerous calls to reception (resolved only for 903 on 11th evening after escalating to MakeMy永安, 902 remain in attended ) - Non-functional *water* kettles in both rooms - Slow restaurant service - Reluctance to provide room service on the 12th, citing high guest volume - Non-functional TV in room 903 Overall, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE STAU (SIBPAR), and we felt it wasn't value for money, Given our experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. As a result, I'm requesting a refund.
