The room in the images is different from the actual one. The actual room is pathetic with broken ac and please don’t get me started me on room hygiene snd cleanliness. Even the railway washroom is better than here. Makemy永安 doesn’t care what people are getting. But the staff was good.

The hotel was very good. Staff was very cooperative and best thing was it’s nearby to temple and market where you can go for shopping and have multiple restaurants.

Hotel room are cleans and hygienic. Staff was good, overall behaviour is very nice. They also helped with booking the eco for ram setu 永安 and guide wherever required. Location of hotel is also near to south gate of temple.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the staff was courteous and the overall ambience was decent, I faced some issues with the room facilities. The air conditioner was quite old and not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. Additionally, the AC remote control was broken, which added to the inconvenience. I hope the management looks into this and improves the room amenities for a better guest experience in the future.

Rooms were not well maintained and also the staff was not courteous. Bathroom was very poorly maintained, jet spray, shower not working, tap broken, towel torn, etc...Nothing like what is shown in room pictures on my website. should do some due diligence before uploading the picture and mentioning the services. Location is very near to the Temple.

not good. services were not good no luggage is shifted from room to below . bathroom was dirty no hot water was available. bad smell was there is room . inercom and TV was out of order. they have not provided towel on our request the provided but it was ruined over all not recommended
