I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sohrai Inn in Ranchi for two days with my family, and the experience was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt a genuine sense of hospitality throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Sanjay Goswami (Sales Manager) and Ms. Zeba (Frontline Officer) for their outstanding and supportive behavior. Their professionalism, courteous attitude, and prompt assistance made our stay smooth and enjoyable. They truly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Also, appreciation to Mr. Raju (Room Attendant), who was well-mannered and attentive to our needs, maintaining the room with care and efficiency. Overall, the stay felt like a home away from home, and we are grateful for the warm hospitality extended by the entire team. The ambience was nice There is cleanliness even washroom r well cleaned ,and room also have balcony ,the breakfast we had was also good

As per the price room as very compact and it's modified a appartment.where in the same appartment another hotel is there and they are charging much cheaper than this...

easy to locate on main road , with parking facility, friendly staff , hygienic washrooms, good food ,

Another stay another wonderful home like experience such an amazing bunch of professional and well behaved staff. Specially mr. Diju gorai he always helps guets with this amazing behavior. Looking forward to visit again.

The hotel was nice and clean and with prominent location. The entrance may look little shady but rooms are comfortable. More like a Guest House.

The hotel entry is from backside of the building where lot of cleanliness is needed. Backside entry is not at all accepted for any premium quality hotel. Also i had booked laundry & breakfast service as complimentary but i had got only for 1 day laundry service + only 1 item was allotted for breakfast which is not at all acceptable.
