hotel prenotato con it.永安 ad un super prezzo. tutto bene, la qualità percepita è da hotel 4 stelle. camera spaziosa, aria condizionata silenziosa. segnalo solo qualche piccolo particolare da migliorare, come una mensolina in doccia, le placche portafrutto elettriche da fissare meglio.

This hotel mainly catering for European Tour groups. For individual travellers you are likely given inferior accommodations. In my room the shower is leaking although the Management denies it! The room has no temperature control and was extremely hot and the manager only tells you to switch off the heater and open the window even your room is on street level ! The female manager is so unfriendly and treated your complaint as a joke. The Wi-Fi works poorly and there are building site right in front of the hotel! The worst part is, if you are Asian or Chinese in origin, I definitely recommend you NOT to stay here. 如果你是亞洲人或是中國人，他們會給你一個很不禮貌的對待，他們對你的投訴會不理，也不會用任何方法幫助你解決。這酒店外邊有很多建築工程，雖然是温泉酒店，但是如果用這個設施，要另外給18歐羅。

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale, di fronte al Castello. La camera pulita e spaziosa, con vista mare parziale. Colazione nella media con molti prodotti freschi. Andrebbero rinnovati i bagni e l'insonorizzazione tra le camere. Ma per me rimane sempre un ottimo albergo!

No nos pudimos alojar, pero si que hemos pagado la reserva, por lo que no valoro ubicación, limpieza ni instalaciones. Lo que si que ocurrió fue que tuvimos un problema médico, con justificante oficial, y no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. No pedimos la devolución del dinero, sino nuevas fechas, y la respuesta fue la misma. Muy mala atención al cliente.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!
